Description

Scholly takes the hassle out of the scholarship search process so you can focus on what’s important—getting free money for school. We have helped students win over $100 million in scholarships so far, making college affordable and dreams a reality. Scholly was created by Christopher Gray, who won $1.3 million in college scholarships through grit, sweat, and hustle. In realizing how broken and time-consuming the scholarship search process was, he created Scholly Search to make things much easier. How does Scholly make it easy? * Customized Scholarship Search: Get matched with scholarships for college and graduate school tailored just to you. * Scholly Scores: Review and choose the best scholarships to apply for based on their Scholly Score. The higher the Scholly Score, the stronger the match—which means better chances at more money! * Easy Scholarship Tracking: Keep track of scholarship deadlines and track your application statuses, all in one place. * Mobile & Desktop Access: Access scholarship opportunities anywhere, on the go, on all of your devices. The best part is that with a Scholly membership, you’ll receive access to ALL of the amazing tools we offer to help students, including Scholly Editor, an AI-powered writing assistant, and Scholly Math, an AI-powered math solver that instantly interprets and provides step-by-step solutions to any math problem. Scholly Search costs $44.99/year. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase. You will not be charged during your free trial period. When the free trial ends, your iTunes account will be charged for the annual subscription of $44.99. To avoid that, you must cancel the subscription at least 24 hours before it expires. Manage your subscriptions in your iTunes Account Settings. Any unused portion of the free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription to Scholly. Membership automatically renews ($44.99 for annual) unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. The account will be charged ($44.99 for annual) for renewal within 24-hours before the end of the current period. Terms of Use: https://myscholly.com/policies/

The app never let me get past the sign up screen. Saw this app on Shark Tank and was very interested. Really wish it would work

Before downloading this app, please be advised that it charges $44.99/yr!! I’m glad I hadn’t put too much faith into this app anyways, but I find it to be a manipulative ploy that an app meant to help you find SCHOLARSHIPS to SAVE MONEY is charging basically $45 to help you do so. This mightn’t be a big deal to many of you, in which case, carry on. But to those of us that are looking for ways to save as much money as possible in the already ridiculously expensive college process, please find better ways to help you find aid in paying for your education!

It won’t let me get past the sign in because the app prevents me from entering my City/State. I’m unable to create my profile and move forward

The app wouldn’t even allow me to sign up. Remained on the sign up screen. Unable to see the content!

After only having the app for a year I won over $8,000 in scholarships and their head of partnerships taught me great tips on how to win more!
  • Should work better for the $45 I paid

Your app and your website run at an average level at best. For $45 a year I should have a more efficient and seamless product. Especially for the free scholarship sites that run ten times better. I would not recommend this to anyone. Your price point should be $20 at the most for the sub par back end functionality.
  • Access to scholarships?

Only a “free 3 day trial” then $44.95 a year. The reason people need scholarships is usually cause college students are broke and need help achieving their dreams. Why can’t it just be free?
  • Was excited to use but saw you had to pay for it...

I know it’s great and you get a lot for what you pay for. But the whole point of me getting an app like this is to search for a scholarship to help me pay for school. This is like a random expense in my budget and for you money savvy people out there, you know that every penny counts. Just disappointed. And I was too nervous to try it because I tend to forget when the subscription ends and don’t want my bank account to get overdrawn.
  • Shady to advertise as free when you have to immediately pay $45 to use it

I just downloaded the app to check it out and immediately after signing up, you can’t get past a splash screen to sign up for a $45 annual subscription with a seven day free trial. There’s no way you could reasonably figure out if this app is helpful within a week of use (scholarships take longer than that to be awarded), and it’s not worth the risk of losing that much money if you forget to cancel. The app description makes it sound like there is a free functionality and bonus features for the subscription price and that’s not the case.
