The game is fun and all but it keeps crashing for seemingly no reason at any given time, I don’t use apps in the background and I’m confident my phone is capable of running the game so I’m left wondering when will this be fixed.
  • Runs awful on newest iPhones

This game has major performance and stuttering issues. The current performance state the game is on my iPhone 11 Max makes it unplayable and at points even giving a low tier of motion sickness. I came from a Note 8 that had no problems running the game. I’ve been told about multiple work arounds to help increase performance but that should not have to be an option to begin with. I’m not dropping another dime on this game until performance issues are fixed on this platform. I used to spend a good amount on the Android platform. I hope others follow suit because not dropping money on this poorly optimized version of the game will make the NA game developers realize that there is real issue with the games performance that needs to be addressed immediately!

I spent a decent amount of money to get a 5-star and made several 10x rolls and didn’t get that character during the rate up. This game is lousy and a scam.

I have had this game since launch on my iPhone 6s and, as with all things, my 6s came to the end of its technological life. I know have an iPhone 11 and was actually really excited to be able to jump right back into fog with better specs than ever and guess what happened. LAG TO HIGH HEAVEN!!! Like the game just stops dead in its track and I have no idea why, at first I said to myself maybe the file from my backup was corrupted or something so I took it off of my phone and downloaded it fresh. Fun fact, it’s still lagging. It really hurts because I love the game even though I’m not really good at it. I don’t know if anyone will see this but the game is amazing but the interface is utter bananas.

I want to start out with saying I really love the storyline. I never really watched the Fate series until I started playing this game, but after playing I loved the plot so much that I had to check the other ones out. It has such a creative plot line and while it does sort of start out slow in the beginning, the last few singularities more than make up for it. I often find in rpg games the plot is always sort of cliche and takes a backseat to the actual gameplay, but with FGO I felt like it was the opposite. The story is compelling with some pretty big plot twists and I have high hopes for the Lost Belt storyline just from playing the Prologue. As a big mythology and history buff I loved how creatively the characters are illustrated and portrayed and it even introduced some more interesting heroes and mythological characters that I’d never had the chance to learn about before. I also really enjoyed the battling part even though I’ve never been a huge gamer especially with strategy games like this. It isn’t to hard for a beginner, to these types of games, to figure out, and there is such a dedicated fan base on the internet it is really easy to get helpful tips on how to play. I’ve also seen a lot of complaints about the price of saint quartz and while I agree it is pricey if you economize and take part in the events you don’t really have to spend any money. In my own experience I have managed to build up a very effective team with a few SSR and SR servants just by saving my quartz, and I only spent money once during the guaranteed SSR roll which was honestly not even really necessary. My one critique with this game would probably be how geared towards guys the main characters interactions are. Like sure there is a female character option, but it doesn’t stop all the girl characters in the storyline from developing a crush on you. I get that it’s difficult to completely alter the storyline just from your gender choice, but I feel that it would be more inclusive if they also included guys in the instant harem power the main character seems to have. Overall though a really great game and one of my all time favorites by far.

Game will let you run for a couple of days, and make it seem like leveling is reasonable, then it will dry up and try to strangle your wallet with EXTREMELY overpriced in game currency. Please don’t buy into this gaming RAPE CULTURE. The devs win and we all lose! Stop letting games sell you pieces at a time! Stop screwing yourselves over, but more importantly, stop screwing me over.
