    everything is great! the design is amazing, the articles are helpful and the animations and gifs are cute and motivating. you can pair with fitbit and apple health and customize your fasting length etc. Super functional with no compromise on design and quality. The free version is amazing and well thought out and the premium version is only $14.99 for an entire year. Hands down the best app ever. I’ve lost 5 lbs in a week, and I didn’t even have to entirely change my diet just the times that I ate. I feel motivated and the reminders are such a great addition. I 150% recommend!!!

    Loving the app. It helps when to eat and when to eat and really informative on the stages your body is doing at that time! Stil trying figure out other details like logging food for every meal or just last meal of the day, other then that! I recommend it!

    I used the free trial for this but there was no way to opt out. When I wrote to ask for cancellation and a refund, they wanted proof that I had used the program for 25 days and it didn't work. I feel very manipulated and do not recommend.

    I love this app for numerous reasons. It helps me keep myself motivated and going. I wasn’t trying to lose a ton of weight but i did have a lot of unhealthy eating habits such as replacing meal with snacking which causes a lot of further digestive discomfort. This app helps me fall asleep and wake without a bloated stomach, always feeling refreshed and ready to go. I feel happy and my physical hunger is easily satisfied. It gives you tips and advices based on your eating habits, which is extremely helpful! Highly recommend intermittent fasting and Simply.
