When you took a picture of a cat, dog, or plant it never showed the right object, and didn’t help me at all
  • Amazing!

I’m blown away by the accuracy of the plants being named.
  • Not very accurate

I tried to identify my Labrador, it said he was a rose, then it said he was a pug so idk
  • Horrible experience! Not even worth for free.

Doesnt work. Tried multiple times and nothing. The plants coming up werent the plants i took pics of. Amazing idea but it still needs a lot of work and it shouldnt be charging $59 when it still doesnt work
  • No “cancel subscription” option

I tried to cancel my subscription before the end of three days. The list of options I get to change subscription does not include cancellation. Captured an image of the menu but not sure if I can upload to this review.

If I didn’t click on any of their trial buttons and just deleted the app, and I clear of not being charged
  • Not ready for prime time

I think the identifying function is a fantastic idea, but it has to work. I had several houseplants that kept on timing out after taking a picture of it.I’ve downloaded a few other apps that identified all plants quickly and seamlessly. I may try to see again down the line when they have things ironed out.
  • Stole money

It charged my card for a premium subscription, through my Apple Pay settings, without my authorization.
  • Misleading Ads

    By amberjeane
It doesn’t do what the ad shows. The ad shows taking a photo of a leaf that has died and implies this app shows you how to trim and care for it. All it does is identify your plants. It doesn’t help you care for them.
  • It is greatish😇👿

This app should let you take as many pictures as you want to do. I that it is a good idea but the fact that the app limits pictures is what I dislike about it.
