    The app has crashed on a fine friday when I tried getting my morning podcast. As a premium member I expect the app to gain my appreciation than fix it myself from internet! Looking forward for a better experience!

    I have had premium Spotify for over 5 years now and have basically been a walking billboard for this company convincing countless friends to join. This has and should always be THE premier digital music app. However, I find it extremely hard to believe and frustrating that a company full of technical expertise continues to allow a glitch to continue for over a year now. Can someone please explain why every 1-2 days I have to delete the app and re-download as a workaround for the continuous play glitch in this app? In other words within 1-2 days when I begin to play an album, playlist, etc. on continuous play (meaning plays song 1,2,3, etc in order) it randomly switches to shuffle play. I have contacted Spotify multiple times and continue to be advised by Spotify that there is no fix for this and no plans for a fix for the past year and a half of this error happening. You have got to kidding me that we pay over $10/month and there is no fix for this Spotify??!!

    AT&T offered me 6 free months of premium so I switched from google music. I’m not a happy with the switch honestly. I like the radio options based on my playlist but when it plays a song I don’t like I have zero option to thumbs down or dislike the song anywhere. It seems to be some kind of glitch as I’ve googled it many times to see what the problem is. It’s mostly convoluted answers and I’ll have to go to Spotify themselves for help all just to figure out how to dislike a song. So dumb. I also have the shuffle issue where it’s just automatically on for some reason even though I’m not toggling it. The interface is not user friendly. Google music had a simple thumbs up/ down to get your playlist algorithms fine tuned. I’ll use my 6 months free premium but after that I’m trying Apple Music or just going back to google. Spotify is a nope for me.

    I can’t believe the mobile app has 4.8 stars because this app is so crap. I can’t even listen to 3 songs before I get 4 ads in a row. When I get my 30 minutes of ad free, I STILL GET ADS. 1. Too many ads If you guys are going to give me 50 ads every hour then why am I not allowed to choose the song I want to play? You’re probably making more money off me than if I bought premium. 2. Wont let us choose our songs The desktop version is 100% better. I don’t MIND ads every now and then, but at least let us choose the song without it constantly shuffling 3. Random songs in my playlist Sometimes random songs start playing when I’m playing my playlist. I don’t understand the point of this 4. Queue??? Where did the queue go? I wanna see what song is playing next and I can’t. There’s so many more issues but it would take till tomorrow to write them all. Idk if you guys are buying Apple out and deleting the negative reviews or adding fake positive reviews, but y’all need to get your stuff together.

    Absolutely recommend Spotify if you love music and want the freedom of listening to millions of songs whether you're listening online or choose to download and listen offline. I wish family mix would update more often and allow songs to be removed, not just hidden.
