  • Horrible to use on my phone

    By toni12343
Every time I try to create an invite on my phone, it shuts down. Literally every single time. I don’t know why it does this. I have re-installed the app multiple times trying to fix this issue. I guess it’s not for me...
  • Many improvements would make this great

    By Cher B
Great service but the app is not very intuitive. For example- make it easy to add text to a card. Make certain customization options easy to find. certain functions that are available on the desktop/website are unnecessarily not available on the app. Another strange difference between the app and website- on one it showed my RSVPs including the plus 1s toward my total guests and on the other it didn’t. It caused confusion about how many total guests were coming. I think it would just make sense to streamline the two so that the user doesn’t have such a drastically difference experience, not to mention that most ppl are probably using the app to create and send invites so why not have the all have full functionality. Today that app crashes every time I try to edit a card so definitely has been a frustrating user experience.
  • Frustrating user experience

    By Jms238
Love the cards, but the UE is rough. Downloaded the app because customization on the website was really rough on my mobile. Well, one of the cards I wanted to send wouldn’t come up in the app either through the “customize in app” link. No matter how I searched or browsed it wouldn’t come up in the app. And when sending it wouldn’t send. So bad website/app symbiosis, terrible search and frustrating send experience. I really like the product. Don’t like the tech.
  • Can’t Upload Photo

    By TiffViceSquad
I’m trying to upload a photo onto my Father’s Day card, and I keep getting a message that reads “oops something went wrong”. My privacy settings are all set for this app, and still there is an issue. After a while, the app crashes. This was a real let down.
  • Customizing the card note is terrible

    By turnc
The app makes it so painful and troublesome to try and edit the note in a card. There is no spell check, spot editing is virtually impossible because the cursor is never Entr it seems to be. This is a great example of why to avoid messing with the standard iOS keyboard - by trying to add a few features that aren’t necessary to neat in the keyboard you mess up other more important features. The app is also a bit glitchy if you’re making customizations. Mine crashes and then when opening back up, the formatting of the text was all off.
  • App seriously needs a UI overhaul

    By siehorse
The service is really nice and I am loving the designs. HOWEVER, there are so many broken features in the app that makes it nearly unusable. How do I save an edited card for later? Why does searching “Father’s Day” bring up birthday cards? How do I bring back an envelope after deleting it? Why don’t the filters include event categories? Going to the app from the browser website doesn’t carry over card edits. I’m not the only one with a hard time using this. The other reviews will list a lot more problems with the app.
  • Like the convenience, not editing from mobile devices

    By mfulkjazz
Good: many designs from which to choose Convenient Saves money on paper and postage Can edit invitation even after delivering Negative: not easy to create/edit from mobile devices (I’ve tried iPhone and iPad)
  • Can’t Text the invite. Email only

    By tiffannie (:
I love the invitation designs, but I don’t have emails for most people and I’m not sure why there isn’t a link provided for the invitation so I can just text to friends and family.
  • Love the Invite, Hate the Process

    By kmrr7712
Love paperless posts designs but it can be a difficult, unnecessarily slow process editing the card and the app itself is slow to load. I’m sure it is much better on a computer.
  • Terrible interface on the app.

    By MSN211
Something has happened with notifications and updates within the iPad app. sent a flyer yesterday, not showing up in the App. I can no longer clear notifications on the iPad. The phone app is only slightly better. The best option is to use the desktop version.
