  • Do not trust this company

    By SC#02
I’ve sent out 4 emails none have been answered, I ordered the wrong item as soon as they get your money they don’t care what happens. It says you get your refund in 15 days nothing yet in my bank account. The company doesn’t even have a phone number to call worst customer service ever.
  • Great Product

I bought Tiles for myself and my wife as a quick way to find our phones/keys/wallets around the house. I’m so glad I did. My wife mistakenly dropped her keys in an Uber. She did not notice until later in the day that the keys were not in her purse. She had traveled to several locations since the Uber ride so the keys could have been multiple places. Thankfully, the Tile attached to the keys provided live gps tracking. We knew within moments that they were still in the Uber, contacted the driver and got the keys back in about one hour from realizing they were missing. Having the Tile changed a stressful and potentially time consuming problem into a fairly easy fix. Very glad to be a customer.

Love the app very useful but you guys should really put in dark mode on the app I don’t like the white
  • Sell those upgrades

The Tile hardware works fairly well. They’re about what you should expect from a Bluetooth tracking device today. The app, on the other hand, is littered with attempts to get you to upgrade to a premium subscription. This is especially infuriating when I’ve gifted these to someone, and the first thing the experience is being prompted to pay for something. Less savvy and older users have a hard time knowing whether it’s something required in order to use the product normally, and even if you know what you’re doing it just spoils the experience.
  • Best tracker

    By upright Seattleite
I’ve had 12 of these for a few months, on 🚙, 🚲, 🛴,backpack, 🔑, wallet, etc.. In Bluetooth range of my 📱 they’ve always worked perfectly, and were trivial to set up. OTOH, notifications that I’ve left one behind are slow and far from perfect - both false 🚨 and missed 🚨 . Also, I’ve never seen evidence that my stuff was located by Tiles owned by others when I asked to find my distant objects. I’ve only seen locations that could come from my own 📱. Still, very nice extension of keeping track of my easily misplaced items.
  • Find my lost boyfriend!! :(

    By sadgirlclubz:(
I love my TILE !!! My BF gets lost a lot let’s just say. But with my tile I taped under the hood of my car....I not only get help in the community locating him, I get to call him out on his lies ALL the time. !! Thx Tile for helping me find Mr. Wrong, so I can eventually find Mr. Right !! Lol
  • It’s great when it actually works

    By paradi2018
I just got A new battery for both of my tiles. One works and the newest one is telling me my keys are in a different city. Gee, I wonder how I drove home with my keys thirty minutes away!!!!!
  • Requires location tracking 24/7 now

    By Anhyi
I used to be a huge fan on this product when it first came out. I used it to find lost keys purse and phone. It worked great, then they started requiring location tracking 24/7 which was completely unnecessary since it worked just fine via Bluetooth.. but no, if I don’t turn on “always on” for location services, it won’t even let me use the basic functions I used it for via Bluetooth. So yeah no thanks I won’t be using tiles again unless they alllw it to work off of Bluetooth functionality. Pretty disappointed about that.
  • NO Support for iPad in Landscape

I run my iPad Pro in Landscape mode with a Logitech keyboard, it is in Landscape 95% of the time.... Tile app won’t go into landscape mode. Until fixed... three stars....
  • Can’t get rid of “Need Access to Location” (Always) message

    By daprezjer
I don’t give Tile access to my location on “always”, as I don’t care to use features that it enables, and I don’t want to take up valuable phone battery life. Instead, I just use it to find things I’ve lost around the house, and it works fine for that without giving “always” access. Recently, however, there’s no way to get rid of the constant blaring red message that I need to set it to “always” (which I don’t). Close the message, it comes right back. Please allow for closing the message longer, or give a setting not to show it. I’ll update my review if so.
