Every time I click on something different it says preparing and holds hard for me to get anything done

I do have the subscription, as it was gifted to me this past Christmas along w the machine. I’m enjoying it very much! The app itself though is very easy to use and makes it simple to bring your own pictures or designs in with or without the attached subscription. Recommend both this app and product to anyone who loves crafting.

I would be a solid 5 stars if it had the ability to use curved text.

I love all of the cricut products including this app! I got a cricut for Christmas and if I wasn’t traveling I would be making stuff with it. I will never not have a birthday gift for someone ever again! Definitely recommend getting a cricut and getting this app!
  • Last two updates made app worse on iPhone!

Every time there was an update something else screws up. The last update would make my image disappear while I was cleaning it up after having it almost perfect and then poof, gone. Now with the new update if I check the preview to see it better up close it freezes and I have to start all over again! Why am I paying monthly for something y’all keep screwing up on the only source I have to use the app! I am seriously thinking of just selling my cricket air 2 and all of the accessories I bought to go with it And switching to a Silhouette or Cameo! I never hear anyone on any of the craft pages I belong to complain about they are design space for their machines with there I phone. It’s bad enough you can’t do everything with the iPhone on the app that you can with the computer and now you’re just making it worse with all your updates! I got excited I would have more capabilities instead it’s just getting worse each time! If it doesn’t improve like within a week or two I am totally canceling my subscription!

I have both machines and I have 2 say I enjoy the air so much better. I also have the Cricut press big bear n medium bear and the new mini haven’t tried the mini yet. I have made several projects with the machines material is expensive but worth it in the end. I would highly recommend either if ur a CRAFTER ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Great app and great machine. There are a couple things you can only do using the computer, but most can be done on the app.
  • Love it!

I have found the Cricut app to work great.
  • Stop fixing what isn’t broken

Since the update I now have to cancel the cut to select a different mat and I can’t edit while it’s cutting and it’s driving me insane. That’s 1 of the reasons I prefer iPad or desktop. I jump around when I cut and now it’s taking forever to finish 1 project!!
  • iOS app + iPhone 11 Pro = Nonfunctional

I would’ve given the app 4-5 stars up until last October, when my software updated to the latest iOS. Things went downhill FAST after that, when I upgraded my iPhone X to the 11 Pro. I’ve had a Cricut Access subscription since last year and the last 3+ months have been a total waste of money. I do most of my Cricut design work from my phone or iPad, and I haven’t even been able to keep the app open long enough to do anything before it crashes. At one point, I could get some things done but the app would suddenly crash before I’d had a chance to save my work. I started saving my work every 2-3 minutes (incredibly annoying but necessary to get an important project done), only the app wouldn’t allow me to save the project to the cloud (despite having WiFi connection) & forced me to save it to my device after telling me there was an error saving. I didn’t realize how HUGE of a problem that was until I finally reached a breaking point and contacted customer service. Customer service was great but, after exhausting all troubleshooting suggestions, their only other solution was ultimately to delete the app and reinstall it. So I did that. I was so desperate to get this project done that it didn’t even occur to me (until it was too late) that deleting the app subsequently deleted ALL of the projects I was forced to save to the device. ALL PROJECTS. This. Is. Insane. I lost countless hours worth of work...my blood is boiling. Why does this app NOT have an option to save your projects elsewhere &/or the ability to email the file?? Not everyone works on a dedicated laptop/desktop 100% of the time. At this point, I’m torn. I invested SO much money in my Maker, all its tools, and the Access subscription (wasted for the last few months), how can I have enough trust in Cricut’s Design Space app to use these things ever again? Will I ever again feel the same level of exhilaration I felt during the initial months of creating on my Maker?
