Not even close to free. Immediately forced to sign up and agree to 8$ a month

Well, I only wanted to say I wanted my child to experience and learn, but I don’t like how you’re forced to pay every month after the free trial, why can’t there be a way to experience and learn instead of being forced to join in.
  • Getting billed and haven’t even used it!

    By mariewalsh9
I just realized I’ve been getting billed monthly for this app and I haven’t even been able to use it even once. I can’t even get the app to open. I would like to request a refund but can’t figure out how.
  • Great when working!

    By pinnareada
I don’t know if this is happening to others but I keep getting a “not comparable” message while I’m playing the E books for my daughter. The message pops up and the story stops. The screen changes to the outline of the pages and I have to choose the page it stopped on to get it going again. When it is working it is super great with stories and I can play shows on our tv. I love how you can touch the E book on the screen and cool sounds from each story!
  • None of the games work

    By Can-diss
Every single game we attempt to open on ipad gives a “something is wrong” error screen and we are i credibly frustrated
  • Have to log back in every 10 minutes

    By jenihbsvnfnvbkhw
This app is wonderful but we have to log back in every 10 minutes or so. It’s extremely inconvenient.
  • Games

None of the games work, I keep getting a message saying something is broken and they are going to fix the problem. It’s been over a week, It the app was free I wouldn’t mind, but with paying I don’t think it’s worth it
  • Audio issues on fifth GEN iPad mini

    By TehHines
As a learning tool this is a really great thing. however, the software is riddled with bugs. I have a fifth GEN iPad mini and the audio cuts out in the middle of a game constantly. I have to go back and start the whole thing over again. The idea that they’re charging $96 a year for an app that doesn’t even work during the week long trial it’s pretty frustrating. This review would be a solid four-star if the app actually worked but considering I’ve had it on my iPad for less than a day and the sound is cut out on games a dozen times I can’t recommend it to anyone especially for the price that they’re asking.
  • The Best Early Learning App!

    By mhlcc
The new folks at Noggin seem to really get it. From new content that helps keep my kids more calm and healthy during the pandemic to the new Smart Schedule that offers cool ideas for how to get them off screens, I feel like I have a new partner during an incredibly difficult time. I signed up for the free trial and am now going to pay for the subscription. The few bucks a month are so worth it.
