Does not seem to stop anything , even with premium it does not work all the time when someone calls I don’t see who it is , but when I search the number through the app it will say the names or unknown or spam . So it is not worth paying anything for this app Still junk I have had ten calls today by this Microsoft refund scam .. and hiya just gets an error when doing a search for it

I have a child suffering from severe depression episode who could not call me. This could have been catastrophic! Come to find many of my contacts could not call me. Verizon and Att said it wasn’t them. Deleted and re-installed contacts, reboots and everything imaginable to no avail. A google search of my situation found others identical who said everything was fine AFTER THEY DELETE THIS APP. I did!!!! AND NOW MY KID CAN CALL ME IN AN EMERGENCY. I don’t know what hiccup you have in program but it is huge and needs resolved!

Doesn’t seem to block any of my calls. The only ones that are blocked are the ones I’ve added to my list myself! The other thing that bothers me is the lack of help from Hiya. It’s just an email If you have an issue. The lack of personal contact is disturbing. Perhaps if I received one time some type of reaching when I was having a major issue, I would continue with hiya after my date of expiration, I would renew. Not anymore. I find it hard to believe they are that busy that losing a customer isn’t important
